Is It Worthy To Invest Our Hard Earned Money To AdsZens PTC Program?

An intriguing PTC (paid-to-click) program advertisement, AdsZens, posted to our Facebook Wall, which I already deleted. So, I am writing this post to let my readers know if this AdsZens a scam, or not?
Using my SEO resources and knowledge, I did a short investigation about this site and this program.
Their website is www.adszens.com and they also have www.adszensptc.com which was registered last May 16 and 19, 2012, respectively. I checked whois information of both domains. The registered owner of these websites is Joebert Gayo.

So, what is AdsZens?

ADSZENS is a PTC program advertisement wherein you can earn money every advertisement you click or viewed. The company behind this program is the ADS ZENS BROKER CORPORATION which is located in 4/F of Save More Pasay, Rotonda, Pasay City, Philippines.

Who is the Owner / CEO / President and other officers of this company?

VP-Administration, Corporate Secretary and Marketing Director

Joebert D. Gayo claimed that he is a billionaire and he wants to share his money to the people through this program. My question is, do you believe that this person is really a billionaire? Can he prove this to the public?

Another claim that really surprised me is that Google (the number one search engine), and Facebook (the number one social media), tied up with their program and Google wants to buy them. So, I did a research and read some posts in Google Group Discussion. Do they know how big those companies are? How come an established company (Google) will buy a new born program as they claim?

I am not against of this program, but I want them to prove their claims. And for the people reading this post, just an advice, do a research before investing to this program.
